Make up made up my day

Hey people! So I got some new stuff to share....

Gw belakangan lg nge-fans banget sama acara komedi Jepang yang namanya gaki no tsukai! Hehehehe..... Acara ini tuh terkenal banget thanks to their 'No Laughing' annual segment, gw pertama kali tau acara ini udah beberapa tahun lalu gara2 video belajar bahasa Inggrisnya yang heboh dan super lucu di 'No Laughing at High School', tapi gw blm bener2 sampe segitu ngefansnya kayak sekarang....

Udah dari sejak minggu lalu, kerjaan gw cuma streaming video gaki no tsukai doang di rumah. Mulai dari episode paling jadul sampe yang paling baru, gw tonton semuanya. Dari pagi sampe malem sampe ketemu pagi lagi, nontoooonn terus.... I clearly don't have a life, innit? LOL! In fact, sekarang gw sebenernya lagi nunggu buffering yang episode Spy School, yang lumayan paling baru. Tempat gw nonton streaming ada batas waktu 72 menit gitu, jadi kalo udah lewat batas, it's either you buy a premium account or wait 60 minutes; well, I decided to go for the latter option.

Which is why gw ada di sini, nulis blog, sambil nunggu 60 menit gw buat bisa lanjutin nonton. Hihihihi!
So, like I said, I have some stuff to share, well, beside the gaki no tsukai thing....

So it started at noon today... I just woke up (yeaaaa, I kinda watched gaki no tsukai till 4 a.m in the morning.... It's crazily addicting you know!) trus gw kayak bingung gitu mau ngapain, linglung persis kayak kalo orang baru bangun tidur, trying to figure out what to do.
My hand unconsciously turned on my laptop.... but, well, my conscience told me not to go straight to watching gaki no tsukai again :p so I just opened random pages, browsing stuff... and then, I opened YouTube, and I ended up watching videos of Michelle Phan and Promise Phan- my favorite make-up artists! Gw selalu ngikutin video2nya, tapi most of the time, gw suka ngga punya waktu buat praktekin tutorialnya mrk, and the next thing you know tangan gw mulai gatel ngambil2in alat make-up dan gw pun mulai main 'dandan-dandanan' kayak jaman SD dulu. Hahahaha!

Dan gw pun akhirnya berhasil menyelesaikan 3 look berbeda. Gw pertama2 coba make-up dari Michelle dulu, doi baru ngeluarin video summer make-up gitu deh... Di video itu, dy ngajarin eye make-up warna golden-brown gitu, lengkap dgn gimana cara pake bronzer buat efek tanning and slimming your face (eyaaak bahasanya!!)
Step by stepnya gw ikutin, dan dengan peralatan make-up seadanya yang gw punya, ini hasilnya:

Well you can't really see the make-up clearly but you do notice that my eyes look kinda make-up-ish.... of some sort. And not to mention the very defined cheekbones! Yay! (squealing with joy)

Yang kedua, gw coba tutorialnya Promise. With this girl, she's real talented too, dan rata2 tutorialnya itu adalah make-up transformation! biasanya dy coba merubah penampilannya kayak muka2 tokoh kartun, org terkenal dll... Challenging, isn't it? Dan dari sejak dulu gw selalu pengen coba tutorial make-upnya Angelina Jolie, coz it looks easy...... So I tried it and turned out not so - I had to redo the brows and the upper eyeliner! Although, I could see the resemblance just a liiiiitle.... See for yourself. (I had to sweep my bangs or else the Angelina Jolie look wouldn't work as well)

While the Angie look wasn't really there, I kinda like how sleek my hair looks ^^

In this picture... I almost had that Angelina look. Look at that cheek hollows! :D

I really like the way my eyes look here. They did look transformed!

Compared to my first look, I actually looked really different here! So I couldn't really say that it was a fail, tapi coba diliat lagi deh fotonya sekaliii lagi. Ada kok mirip2nya sedikit... *masih ngarep* I might try this look for Halloween or sth.

So Promise's tutorial was a little bit hard, dan gw masih pengen make-upan lagi, jadi gw pindah ke Michelle lagi, yang lebih gampang and way much practical to do. This time I tried her aurora make-up look. No, not Aurora the Princess, but the natural-phenomenon one, the one in the North Pole.... Gw suka warna2 yang dia pake d sana, jadi gw coba replicate, dan ini hasilnya:

... and the complete look. My Chinese eyes are back and they look pretty! :)

For the 3rd make-up, I really like it! It's so pretty and it has that romantic and ethereal touch...(don't you just LOVE that word? Ethereal!!) And again, you can't really see the colour - blame it on the bad lighting - but in reality it's really colourful with lots of gradient.... If there's ever a night out I might wear this look ^^ in fact, I might just use the closed-eyed complete look as a profile picture for my Facebook or whatever coz I look so pretty!!!! hohohoho!! *memuji diri sendiri*

Well, that's all I got. Tadinya gw mau go ahead dan move on to the 4th, tapiii... gila, muka gw udah ga sanggup lagi. Too much make-up and I'll get another acne growing! hahaha... tapi tenang aja, hari2 liburan yang kesepian ini masih lama kok. Masih banyak waktu. Mungkin besok gw bakal mulai lagi, kali! :D

I guess it's been 60 minutes now (uploading foto dan dragging foto cukup memakan banyak waktu, energi dan kesabaran :p), so.... it's time to go back to my beloved gaki no tsukai! See ya later!
